We know that sometimes things just come up! If you are unable to attend please give as much notice as possible. We only have limited spots so we appreciate at least 24 hours notice. 

At Ultimutt we love all breeds of dogs - we don't discriminate! Every new dog will be required to undertake a trial day where our staff can accurately assess their temperament and whether this environment would be the right fit! It is less about breed and more about personality.

Dogs must be 14 weeks old to start at Ultimutt.  For older dogs, we would assess if Doggy Daycare is suited to them. Some older dogs may find it overwhelming and it may not be the right fit for them. 

Yes, dogs must be fully vaccinated to attend Ultimutt. We want a safe environment for all dogs so vaccinations must be kept up to date and proof of vaccination provided. Flea and worming must also be kept up to date. 

No, your dog does not need to be desexed to attend, however, if there are any issues in relation to your dog not being desexed then these will be discussed. 

Your dog will be interacting with other dogs during their time at Ultimutt, so it is at your own risk if they are not desexed and an incident occurs. 

We do ask that if entire females do not attend if they're actively in season.
